Outstanding! This was the second scooter I purchased from Metro. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, make the whole process easy and enjoyable. Seth has on his own inititative provided riding coaching to my wife and he and Parker have installed accessories on the spot, again at their own initiative. Only problem now is I have to make up excuses for stopping by the shop and picking their brains.

I will be honest, I had no intention to buy when I first went to Metro, but the price of the Buddy as well as the very helpful staff and previous customers I just could not pass it up. When I picked up my scooter not only did Seth help me put it in my truck but he also got me acquainted with my scooter as well as watched me ride it around the parking lot. I really can not thank everyone enough! It's only been a day and I absolutely love my new scooter! Hopefully we will be back to get my boyfriend one :)

Worked with Seth to purchase a Vespa 300. Gave me a great price, kept me informed throughout the sale, and was very professional in dealing with me. There are places to get my scoot serviced that are closer to me but, after experiencing Metro, wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Haven't got a negative thing to say about my whole scooter-buying, accessory-buying, riding, or maintaining experience! Just curious--do you ever get an complaints? Can't imagine . . .

The oil changes are a little pricey as are the accessories, but the staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall, I've been very pleased with Metro. I've sent many folks your way and enjoy telling people about my positive experience. The only thing I would add is a more complete selection of apparel (jackets, more helmets, gloves, etc.) that would make this a true one stop shop for me. Beechmont Motorsports isn't a great scooter ride away, and I'd rather give you guys the business.

Purchasing was very easy. Seth was excellent at answering all our newbie questions, and providing us with a basic "here's how to drive it" tutorial.
All servicing done has also been excellent.

I love dealing with you guys! I chose the Buddy over the Chetak because I could buy the Buddy at Metro. I've saved over $1200 in gas since I bought the Buddy, I just wish I'd thought of it sooner. Keep up all the good work.

The staff was always very friendly and helpful. After I got into an small accident not long after owning the scooter Dave was kind enough to throw in a pair of gloves to keep me from scratching up my hands again. Excellent customer service.

I knew nothing about scooters other then I loved to ride and wanted one BADLY. The ONLY negative was It seemed that there were a lot of people working at the store and I guess for someone who was going to make a three thousand dollar purchase, I didn't get a lot of personal attention. Granted, it was a nice day, other riders had stopped in to chat, but I kind of said to myself....hey, I'm the one paying out the dough here. It was all kind of rushed and out the door. I think people give surveys because they want to knwo how to improve, so I am not listing the positives, just the one neg. I could think of. You guys are great for the community, great for the scooter community, and have quality products. I only wish you were in Dayton! Also, Parker is rad, and needs a raise.

Loved everything about the experience....especially walking in and being told the waiting list was a couple of months and leaving with one the next day......i sent two people down and they have both bought a Buddy, like me, now there are at least three in West Chester.

Everyone that works there is great. I often stop by just to hang out and always enjoy myself!

Even though I bought my scooter at a time when shipments were hard to come by and everything seemed to take forever, I was kept up to date and never felt forgotten. Once the shipment did arrive, I received my scooter right away - showing the extra effort that the staff put in. My Kymco People 200 provides an awesome ride, and has plenty of room for a second person as well as lots of storage. The ride is great and handles the hills and turns of Cincinnati perfectly. Now I just need the weather to hold so I can go on more rides!

The Buddy 125 is a great little scooter!! It is quick and nimble. It is just the perfect package!!

I ride my Vespa 250ie to work every day and around town on the weekends. It's great fun, incredibly smooth and easy to handle. Makes going to work as much fun as leaving. Free parking, sips gas and is a blast....what more could you ask for.

Vespa 150LX - Very solid construction and I enjoy the responsiveness of the throttle and steering. Extremely fun to drive! I have Vstar 1100 as well and definately prefer the scooter for city driving. I'm 6'5" and it handles me and a passenger without a problem. The Vespa's were the only scooter I could find that my knees didn't hit the handlebars when turning.

I had been a motorcyclist in the past, and was used to a much larger bike, I wasn't sure how I would like such a small scooter like the 2009 Buddy 125. Turns out I love it, I ride it to work nearly ever day, plus on group rides around Cincinnati and surrounding areas. It can get up to 65 on the straits and can handle the twistys like a champ. I'm not sure how well it would handle with someone heavier than myself, perhaps it might not get up to 65 so easily, but when I have my wife on the back (Her and I together weigh about 275) it still handles pretty well, just churns a bit more going up the hills. I don't like riding it in high winds Overall though, a great ride.

The Kymco People 150 is a great scooter. If it is really cold in the morning I have a little trouble starting it up but once I get it going and heated up it is great! I have yet to have any serious problems with it and love driving it everyday!

The strong points are its power/speed, as well as stability for "two up" riding. It also has an air of confidence, that is hard to explain. It has not been the disappointment that I feared in changing from "big bikes" to a scooter. Don't let anyone kid you--a shiftless scooter is MUCH easier to mount (when you are getting older and stiffer) and much easier to handle at a stop on an uphill with two-up. I have even been satisified on short runs on the expressways with it.

My Buddy 150 is great fun to ride around town. I look forward to making longer trips in the future.

Love my Rattler, it is the hit of the streets, everyone i talk to loves it as well. Have had so many comments on it and have been asked several times where i got it from and i tell everyone Meto Scooter is where you want to go.

I'm very happy with my scooter. The engine is good, fast and cheaper. I put it gas for $4 and I can ride for a week. Also is very easy to park it, especially when you have to go downtown.

It is the best! it drives really good and the money i save from driving my gas guzzler jeep is amazing. Riding my scooter makes me feel free!!!

Well it's sort of red and gold and is the 150cc. It's a lot of fun to ride on beautiful days. The storage area and the basket make it nice to pack stuff. My husband suggested i pack a lunch and meet him at the park on his lunch hour. Sound romantic? It is all because of this scooter. As soon as i get my license i guess i'll start frying some chicken or something. toot toot

Buddy 150, love it. I have just over 2k miles on it.

The Buddy 125 is a solid performer that is easy for a beginner to learn on. While I lust after a metal bodied scooter, even when I get one, I'll be keeping the Buddy. If there was one thing I would change, it would be to have gotten it earlier.

I have had my scooter for two years now with absolutely no complaints. It still handles like a dream and I wouldn't trade it for another.

It has some issues with vapor-lock, as well as having a much lower top speed than was listed..

However, it handles better than any vehicle I've had and works very well for me.

I could wish for a bigger gas tank, but otherwise perfect. I think about choosing the Buddy sometimes: "Should I have gotten the Bajaj, or waited for a Stella?". I always come back to "The Buddy is the right bike at the right price". Thank goodness for spring. It's so much better riding at 40 degrees than at 25.

I have an '07 Buddy 125. Every time I think I'd like to trade up for a bigger scooter, I manage to talk myself out of it rather quickly. For 95% of my riding the Buddy 125 meets my needs. The rest is just ego. Eventually I would consider moving up to a higher quality, larger bike. I hope to get several more years of service from the Buddy before passing it on to its next owner.

I ride to volleyball practice, pick my son up from school, ride to the gym, my husband and I will just go scootering sometimes. I can fit 3 grocery bags on and in my storage. I do need a speaker and coffee cup holder for it.

I love my scooter, Vespa GTS 250ie -- but, not nearly as much as my wife. There now, I've said it!

I love my scooter. It's a lot of fun and the ride does a wonderful job of taking my mind off of everything else. Particularly good when riding home from work, which I do a lot as (during the good weather) it is my daily driver to and from work. I'm very happy with the purchase.
